 Responsibilities:

• Assist customers, manage queues, promote products, and handle cash transactions.

• Ensure cleanliness, stock levels, equipment readiness, and store security.

• Update sales records, perform SAP entries, and assist with reports and document filing.

• Help train new staff and brief promoters on retail procedures.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ Level and above

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a team 

• Knowledge of basic retail functions, POS systems, and inventory tools (e.g. SAP).
