Technical Sales Engineer (Urgently Hiring) - #1097422

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineers to join our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidates will leverage their mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support both our internal sales team and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sale and Post-sale Support: Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers before and after sales.

• Technical Advice: Offer technical guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.

• Training and Demonstrations: Conduct product and application training sessions and demonstrations.

• Product Information Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date technical product information for equipment sales.

• Issue Handling: Address technical issues and manage warranty claims.

• Technical Drawings: Prepare electrical drawings, wiring, and cable plans using AutoCAD.

• Installation and Commissioning: Implement wiring and cabling installations and commissioning.

• Upgrades and Modifications: Perform upgrades and modifications according to established plans.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and conduct failure analysis.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 1-2 years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines or generators.

• Experience in Application Engineering of switchgear installation and knowledge of PLC programming an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and independent
