• Commission Reconciliation: Meticulously match incoming commissions from insurers/providers with inception reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Payroll Processing: Upload correct reports into the commission system for bi-weekly advisor payments, contributing to timely and accurate compensation.

• Advisor Support: Address queries from advisors regarding commission calculations, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving.

• Financial Management: Handle the firm's monthly cash flow, including invoice collection and collaboration with external accountants for report preparation.
