We’re looking for a Personal Assistant who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive to support our Managing Director. You will play a key role in handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with both business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and manage emails on behalf of the Managing Director
Prepare, format, and organize documents and reports
Ensure all necessary documents are ready before meetings or events
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
Handle ad hoc tasks and personal errands as required
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts professionally
Maintain confidentiality and support high-level decision-making
Use tools like Microsoft Office, AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT), and cloud storage to work efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable using AI tools and working on a laptop with strong digital skills
Organized, fast, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and discretion
