Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Siam Gas Trading Pte Ltd, a related company of SingGas. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions (AP) and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is located in Singapore.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
Candidate with experience lesser than 2 years but with right mindset and attitude may be considered.
Required Skill(s): highly adaptable to new environment, teamwork, multitasking, critical thinking, prioritizing and able to meet tight deadline, interpersonal communication skill, willing to learn and improve.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and accounting software would be an advantage.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Job Responsibility
Support day to day Accounts Payable function
Support month-end closing activities and complete by the given deadline
Produce reports that required by local authority or requested by the HQ on timely basis
Assist to answer queries from HQ auditors when arise
Assist local auditors on annual statutory accounts matters to issue financial reports
Assist to maintain all the staff asset records
Be focal point with SingTel regarding all the concern and request from the staff or from the management
Be focal point to arrange yearly documents to be sent to archive and retrieve documents when required
May be rotated to Accounts Receivable function or transfer to the related party company within Singapore after a period of time for professional growth or required by the company direction
Assist other adhoc tasks as required by Finance Manager & CFO
