· Reviewing and coordinating office procedures to ensure that company polices are being met.
· Maintain and update company database.
· Monitor and follow up calendar and schedule ad hoc works/appointments etc.
· Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, booking of necessary courses for staff. You must be aware of the staff movement at all times for project forecasting.
· Work closely with Finance to ensure all costs and expense incurred are accounted in your costing. Assisting in collation of manpower list, tally entries for all companies.
· To carry out and ad hoc duties given by Management.
· All staff attendance data base.
· Materials arranging for site vies need to help.
· Salary reports prepare.
· Office management tasks such as ordering stationery.
· Tracking and monitoring of all business, vehicle, insurance and workers renewal dates.
· Tracking and monitoring of all manpower and respective projects.
· Planning, recruitment, booking of necessary course for staff.
· Follow-up on operations via assigned hand phone and assist as we are on 24/7 operations.
· MOM application applies and MOM related things follow up.
· Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, contracts, and reports.
