Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep up with industry trends and product knowledge

• Involved in both engineering and sales of ventilation, HVAC, and vibration/noise control products

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical sales (HVAC/industrial field preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of products and solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Independent, self-motivated, and a team player

• Familiar with the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure
