Job Responsibilities :
Manage and process orders via call/emails/media aps promptly
Track customer orders, including answer enquiries through call/emails/media aps
Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
Provide corrective actions to resolve customer issues or order fulfilment discrepancies.
Handle customers’ follow-ups in a professional level.
Enforce adherence to company and business policies, ensuring compliance at all times.
Administer and manage all open sales orders, ensuring smooth order flow and timely execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience hands on usage of SAP system would be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
