We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Staff to join our dynamic team at RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd in Bukit Panjang, West Region. As a Bakery Staff, you will play a crucial role in upholding the quality and consistency of our baked goods, contributing to the overall success of our bakery operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and baking of a variety of bread and preparing pastries according to recipes and standards

• Ensuring all equipment, work areas, and utensils are clean, sanitised, and well-maintained

• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages or needs

• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and requests

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Collaborating with the team to improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency

What we're looking for

• Passion for baking and a keen interest in the culinary arts

• Previous experience in a bakery environment is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
