About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Corporate & Institutional Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Equities team. This role bridges the B2B brokerage and Institutional Sales segments—offering you the opportunity to manage relationships with broker-dealers, fintech platforms, fund managers, and family offices across Asia.

If you’re experienced in equities trading or client coverage, and eager to work with a mix of buy-side and sell-side clients, we want to hear from you.

As part of our regional growth strategy, occasional travel may be required to support client engagement and business expansion efforts

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow trading volume and revenue from B2B and institutional clients

  • Provide support for account onboarding, execution, and trade queries

  • Deliver timely market updates and trading ideas to institutional clients

  • Promote capital market deals such as IPOs and placements

  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Middle Office) for smooth delivery

  • Support and occasionally travel to Hong Kong for regional client meetings

 

Requirements:

  • CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, and 6 (unless exempted)

  • Licensed Trading Representative (Preferred)

  • 2+ years’ experience in securities or institutional sales, preferably with equities execution or B2B coverage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin

  • High integrity, professional, and client-centric

  • Familiarity with FIX connectivity or algo trading is a plus

  • Flexibility to support occasional extended hours during key market periods

  • Willing to assist on selected public holidays in alignment with international market schedules (Time-off-in-lieu will be provided for work done on public holidays or outside standard hours)
