Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Woodlands . As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing interior design and construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects and tendering projects.

• Analyzing tenders and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

• Monitoring project costs and identifying potential cost savings throughout the construction process

• Preparing progress reports and financial statements for clients and management

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies

• Update & follow up all Summary & Claim Status

• Proceed All PO & Sub-cond Claim

What we're looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (Singapore Only)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques

• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and MS Office suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
