Key Responsibilities

• Assist project planning and execution to maximize efficiency, performance, and profitability.

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress; flag and address potential issues.

• Host regular meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the project team and customers.

• Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and quality standards.

• Guide and support cross-functional teams, resolving challenges during project execution.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and risks.

Soft Skills

• Flexible and able to adapt to unexpected changes.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 1-3 years of engineering experience with a focus on project management.

• Experience with automation technologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methods is a plus

• Familiar with design tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
