Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

• Manage and submit tenders, including administration and documentation.

• Source and procure materials; negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Evaluate variation submissions, perform price comparisons, and prepare costing summaries.

• Prepare monthly progress claims and verify project variation works.

• Attend site, consultant, and technical meetings.

• Communicate project information clearly to clients and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Candidate with diploma/degree in quantity surveying are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with tendering experience in Singapore are welcome to apply.
