Well Established Telecommunications service provider in Singapore
$2400 - $3000 (Depends on experiences) + AWS + VB
Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Office Location: Yishun - 5bus stop away from MRT
At least 1 Years experience in Site admin or Project admin experiences
Experienced in cellular network infrastructure construction and installation will be an advantage.

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Assist the Project Manager and Implementation Manager in project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Interface and liaise with external stakeholders including building management, government authorities, and service providers, as well as internal departments and in-house contractors (ASP), to facilitate smooth project rollouts.

• Plan, allocate, and monitor work schedules across project sites, ensuring clear communication and alignment with all parties involved.

• Coordinate with ASPs, customers, internal staff, and third parties to manage and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Track, review, and manage site documentation, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with required standards.

• Maintain and update project databases and reports, ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility of project progress.

• Review and verify Bills of Quantity (BoQ) to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope and budget.

• Organize, control, and archive all project-related documentation to support compliance, audits, and future reference.

Requirement:

• Min. ‘O’ level and above

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or site implementation.

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and external parties.
