Logistics Assistant - #1097063

Responsibilities:

1. Check, pick and pack products according to Invoices/Delivery Orders before commencing of delivery.

2. Report any discrepancy and/or damage to products found before and during delivery to immediate superior.

3. Assist and support Senior Logistics Assistant and/or Delivery Specialist

4. Assist in the delivery of products to customers on time and in good condition.

5. Must maintain and display a professional, courteous, and polite disposition when delivering products and services to customers.

6. Collect payments as instructed.

7. Upkeep and maintain cleanliness of vehicle after used.

8. Responsible for the inspection, picking & packing and issuing of goods according to stated quantity in the Delivery Order/Note/Invoices or pick lists

9. Rectify any discrepancy immediately before picking and packing.

10. Ensure products picked correctly and are packed in good condition as per delivery requirements stated in DO/Invoices/Pick lists (if any) for loading by Delivery Specialist.

11. Report any damage or discrepancy to immediate supervisor even though the problem can be or is rectified

12. Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the Warehouse area.

13. Other assignments may be required by immediate superior.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity

2. Able to communicate, read, write, and understand simple English

3. Possess positive attitude and initiative.

4. Able to carry heavy loads of at least 15kg with material handling equipment provided
