What you will be doing:

Manage Accounts: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, foster loyalty and identify ongoing sales opportunities.

Understand the Market: Monitor industry trends and client needs, providing regular and timely updates on market conditions to the Sales Head, along with strategic recommendations.

Own Our social media Prescence: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging content and optimizing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Execute and Evaluate Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels.

What we are looking for:

•  At least an 'O' Level qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of effective sales and marketing communication tools for both B2B and B2C customer engagement.

• Self-motivated, results-driven target-oriented and ready to take initiative.

• Bilingual in English with proficiency in Mandarin.

• Interest in gaming, gadgets or collectibles is a strong plus.
