Job Title: Triage Officer
Salary: $2,580 – $3,160/month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Either 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (fixed shift determined at interview)
Location: Toa Payoh
Contract Duration: 1 year

Job Responsibilities

• Engage callers to assess the severity of their situation

• Collect and verify information from various sources (schools, family, agencies, databases)

• Conduct risk and safety assessments for cases

• Determine appropriate response times and case routing

• Coordinate with agencies for smooth case handovers

• Work with key family members alongside agencies to support cases

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to stay calm and effective in high-stress environments

• Skilled in engagement, assessment, problem-solving, and multitasking

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Good planning and administrative skills
