Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and posting job ads).
- Support HR operations (onboarding, employee records management, and policy documentation).
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports using Power BI for workforce analytics.
- Able to automate repetitive HR tasks (data entry, email workflows, approvals) using Power Automate.
- Manage and analyze HR data (attendance, performance, turnover) using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, etc.).
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for HR metrics and trends.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Power BI (creating dashboards, data modeling, DAX queries).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
