•  Position : Purchasing Officer – (Purchase/ Invoice) - ALL WELCOME / Paya Lebar

• Location : Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT - Tai Seng/ MacPherson)

• Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + 14 days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC, ELECTRIC WIRES AND CABLES

Main Responsibilities:

• Collate PO to order materials, good and supplies.

• To monitor delivery and inventories against orders.

• To assist new project listing sourcing/listing and materials during FA/NPI stage.

• Interact with supplies on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensure all suppliers invoices are correct for payment

• Liaison of all claims with manufacturing and supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, ITE or Diploma in any field.

• 1 year purchasing experience.

• Microsoft office or Excel knowledge will be an advantage

• Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
