Senior / Patient Service Associate, Appointment Services - #1096937

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in Appointment Services section
Responsible for managing appointment requests and other appointment related enquiries (e.g. prescription requests) received via phone, faxes and emails
Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification
A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Relevant work experience in call centre, healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
Position is hired under SingHealth (CGH) Call Centre
Working Schedule:
· Mon – Fri : (5-day work week)
· Saturday (half – day) every alternate week
