Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and/or forward enquiries to the respective personnels
Report generation on monthly basis
Any ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Minimum 'A' Levels and Diploma holder
Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
No work experience required. Training will be provided.
