Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (9am – 6pm), Fri (9am – 5pm)

• Salary Package: Basic Salary (Up to $4,000) + Commission & Incentives + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-lasting connections with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Spot and pursue opportunities to promote additional products and services to existing clients.

• Respond to client queries and efficiently resolve any concerns to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Compile weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain detailed documentation of all client communications.

• Leverage CRM insights to tailor sales strategies and recommend products based on customers' purchase histories.

• Follow up outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment collection.

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent.

• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.

• Skilled with Microsoft Excel.
