About the role

Rhythme Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team based in the Yishun North Region. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our cutting-edge engineering projects, contributing to the successful completion of complex technical initiatives that drive innovation and growth for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects from start to finish

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project outcomes

• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within the Engineering industry

• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
