The Job

• Veterinary Consultation: Establishing trusting relationships with pet owners by providing expert advice and compassionate guidance on their pets' health and rehabilitation plans.
• Therapy Implementation: Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Patient Assessment: Performing comprehensive assessments to determine the most effective treatment plans, taking into account both medical conditions and quality-of-life considerations.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to share knowledge and insights, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly tracking and evaluating patient progress through follow-up appointments and modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Continuous Learning: Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in animal rehabilitation to continuously improve care and treatment methods.
• Promoting Animal Wellness: Advocating a holistic approach to animal health by educating pet owners on preventive care and the benefits of rehabilitation therapy.

You Bring

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Additional qualifications in animal rehabilitation such as Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) or Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA), would be a plus.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or comparable setting.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift and handle animals weighing up to 20-30 kg.
