Parts Executive - #1096794

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Parts Operation Team effectively.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase parts and accessories sales and gross margin.

• Liaise and coordinate works with internal service providers and external service providers.

• Attending aftersales bi-weekly meetings with internal services providers.

• Control access to Airbag Room and conduct monthly checks on DG Goods.

• Monitor stocks on-hand reports and clear ageing stocks.

• Facilitating Aging Parts tender process yearly.

• Handling and managing outstanding  WIP's weekly.

• Liaise with Suppliers on short supply ,damaged and wrong parts claims.

• Any other related jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A valid Forklift License is advantageous

• Experience in Warehousing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Working experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred

• A team player with a positive attitude.
