Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations Assistant in Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd. The role will be tasked with the following:

• Perform physical checking of all vehicles entering the storage site / Export Processing Zone (EPZ).

• Inspect and take photos of all incoming vehicles before they enter storage site and report to customer service officer if there are damage vehicles.

• Handle port operations at PSA such as port clearance, DN, permit, UCI and other related port operations.

• Shifting and sorting of vehicles.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (battery charging, tyre rotation etc).

• Perform barcode scanning.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education.

• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Others

• 5.5 days' work week (Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm).
