RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Client Service Administrator to join my client in the Retail Industry !
Job Description
· Providing support to the customer service platform by preparing cost estimates and submission of further request or appeals to the Customer Service Headquarters
· Collaborate closely with Boutique teams to manage daily Repair Orders, ensuring timely sharing of relevant information, status updates, and proactive follow-up on sensitive or high-priority cases
· Partner with the Customer Service Manager to maintain open communication, offering feedback, suggestions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing client service and overall satisfaction
· Organize, track, and maintain all administrative documentation related to Repair Orders and Customer Service stock and tools, including sales records, transfers, and orders
· Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge on Watchmaking is a plus
· Prior Customer Service /Retail/Call Centre experience preferred
· Singaporeans only
