Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new MICE business opportunities for the hotel.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, agencies, and intermediaries.
• Respond to MICE-related RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed MICE segment revenue targets and KPIs.
• Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for MICE clients from initial inquiry through event execution.
• Understand clients' objectives and tailor event solutions accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to strengthen relationships.
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with the Events, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Participate in daily/weekly business review meetings to forecast and strategize.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze the success of MICE campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on MICE.
• Strong network of MICE-related contacts, both domestic and international.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in sales software and hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce).
• Fluent in [English + other languages as required].
