Curriculum Specialist - #1096750

The Curriculum Specialist supports Star Learners’ 44 centres by designing and refining curriculum content, coaching educators to strengthen curriculum implementation, and organising training to build professional capacity.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Curriculum Design

Design and refine curriculum content to ensure alignment with current early childhood frameworks and the organisation’s curriculum and pedagogical approach.

 2.     Quality Coaching

Coach educators to improve lesson enactment through observation and constructive feedback to strengthen teaching and learning experiences.

 3.     Training and Professional Development

Plan, develop and organise training sessions for educators based on identified needs and organisational priorities.

Requirements – Education and Experience

·        Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education

·        At least 2 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education

·        Experience in curriculum writing and/or prior experience as a Principal will be an added advantage
