Remuneration & Location
Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:30PM

Your Responsibilities
Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 documentation (manuals, procedures, forms, etc.)
Plan & conduct internal/external audits; support certification & customer audits
Coordinate with stakeholders during customer/supplier audits
Review audit findings, implement corrective actions & continuous improvements
Monitor supplier performance, manage SCARs & support new supplier qualifications
Ensure calibration & preventive maintenance of equipment
Address production & customer quality issues with effective corrective actions
Manage timely closure of CAPA, NCRs, complaints & quality performance reports
Lead MRB meetings; drive root cause analysis & solutions
Supervise QC inspectors; ensure inspection meets spec requirements

What We’re Looking For
Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing & ISO audits
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 22301)
Experienced with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, 8D, and 5W problem-solving
Excellent communication, organizational & presentation skills
Detail-oriented, independent, proactive & a solid team player
