Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive demeanour. Assist guests in placing orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.

• Order Preparation: Assemble and prepare food items according to the client’s quality standards. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders to guests.

• Cashiering: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and electronic payments with attention to detail.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service counter, and workstations. Assist in keeping the restaurant well-stocked with necessary supplies.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.

Job requirement:

• No Experience Needed. Training will be provided

• Experience working in hotels, high-end restaurants or Fine-Dining restaurants is advantageous. *But not mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent team player and friendly individual with High initiative and positive attitude

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts

• Able to communicate in English

• Must be able to handle non-Halal food
