Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Air Freight Import Operations Officer to manage daily import shipments and ensure seamless coordination with clients, airlines, and customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming air freight shipments

• Prepare and process import documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, customs forms)

• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officers to ensure timely cargo clearance

• Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries

• Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in air freight import operations

• Familiar with freight systems and import procedures

• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
