Job Role:

To support our clients in their digitalization plans to implement and support Sage ERP solution.

Manage clients’ project from system requirements study, system setup, testing, user training, system installation and end user support.

Job Requirements:

LCCI/Accounting Diploma Holders or equivalent (accounting knowledge is a must)
Minimal 2 years' hands-on experience (includes understanding user requirements, system implementation, data conversion, technical support, end-user training etc.) in supporting in-house customized or off-the-shelf accounting software (e.g. MYOB, UBS, QuickBooks, Xero or equivalent) or any other ERP system.
Basic knowledge of IT networking and troubleshooting
Patient, independent and motivated.
Good communication and presentation skills.
