9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat) - after 3 months probation, Sat can WFH

Responsibilities

• Spending much of time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.

• Investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.

• Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.

• Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.

• Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Extensive experience in replying to emails

• Keen eye for details to spot fraud

• Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc.)

• Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
