To be a successful candidate, you’ll possess the following:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is essential
Ability to communicate with clients and handle enquiries
Ability to work collaboratively with others. The role provides support to the sales team.
Experience in warehouse is advantageous.
Handling of rejection/CN/DN
Experience using SAP/ B1 ERP system will be preferred.
Able to start work ASAP.
You will also be required to:
Arranging ,managing and streamlining deliveries
Prepare and dispatch invoice
Managing supplies – including assisting in issuing POS and stock received, month-end and EOY stocktaking
Provide support in other ad-hoc duties
