About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Yizeta Pte Ltd. As a Project/Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Managing Director.

• Lead and manage a small team of project engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Oversee site coordination, execution, and inspections, including managing subcontractor activities.

• Lead technical presentations to clients

• Monitor and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), including the evaluation of technical specifications, cost-performance analysis, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with project requirements.

• Oversee and maintain project cash flow.

• Attend site meetings and project coordination for on-site technical and engineering issues.

• Continuously evaluate and optimise project processes, products, and operational costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.

• Knowledge and experience in Process/Automation Control and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) are highly desirable.

• Proficiency in MS Project is essential; experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit is an advantage.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Tasks oriented

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
