Position Summary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating internally to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including entering and issuing invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, and warehouse teams) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and business needs.
Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution.
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, service issues, or process improvements.
