Responsibilities
Inbound and Outbound Management
Supervise the entire process of unloading, inspection, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure all goods align accurately with system records.
Allocate team resources effectively based on order priorities to meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
Cross-Border Logistics Management
Manage cross-border logistics processes in accordance with international shipping policies, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of international goods.
Coordinate communication between headquarters and local teams to ensure effective cross-regional collaboration.
Inventory Control and Data Analysis
Monitor inventory levels in real time, leading monthly and quarterly stocktakes, and promptly addressing discrepancies.
Prepare and interpret key reports (e.g., inventory turnover, fast/slow-moving item analysis) to propose inventory optimization strategies.
Process Optimization and System Enhancement
Continuously optimize and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and increase warehouse operations.
Enhance ERP/WMS-related requirements, driving system and operational tool upgrades.
Lead the team in 6S practices, monitoring performance, and implementing lean management principles.
Manage team KPIs, conduct training, and provide motivation and support to staff.
Requirements
More than 5–8 years of warehouse operation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating proficiency in warehouse processes and team management.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless communication with the Chinese headquarters and local teams, ensuring efficient cross-regional coordination.
Well-versed in international customs regulations and compliance procedures, with hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, including shipping and delivery processes.
Experienced in operating ERP systems, with the capability to identify business needs and propose system optimizations or automation improvements.
Strong ability to motivate and coach team members, driving the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and effectively implementing 6S management principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
