Perform book keeping and proper documentation to ensure that all company records are filed and organized correctly for future reference
Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with clients
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
Assist with accounting and documenting of records
Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including providing quotation, delivery order & invoice to client
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
Possess excellent verbal and written communication to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Proficient in MS Office
