HR Generalist (Payroll / Full Spectrum / MNC) - #1096594

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.

• Manage and handle payroll administration of Singapore office

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling employee recruitment and onboarding.

• Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.

• Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.

• Handle compensation and benefits and address employee queries.

• Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.

• Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.

• Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.

• Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with over 3 years of HR Generalist experience.

• Experience in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, fashion, or consulting industries preferred.

• Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity among employees.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.

• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
