Salary: Up $3800 + VB
Location: Orchard, Ngee Ann City
Job Responsibilities:
Program Deployment: Adapt, deploy and embed comprehensive education programs and initiatives for retail employees. Ensure that programs and initiatives are engaging, effective, and aligned with company brand values and standards.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all training needs are met in alignment with company overarching business plan and strategic objectives, contributing directly to the company's success.
Learning Transfer: Implement strategies to assess and facilitate the transfer of learning on the job. Observe, coach and provide feedback to retail employees on the job so they are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills required to perform their role.
Performance Evaluation: Support and follow up on education programs and initiatives with regular skill assessments, evaluate interactions effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes are successfully embedded and drive tangible results.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and initiatives through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Implement improvements and best practices to enhance program quality and impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in store teams, brand partners, and corporate functional partners. Collaborate and communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes effectively.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay up to date on beauty trends and developments in adult education and retail industry. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in program design and delivery to keep education content fresh, relevant and impactful.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and initiatives through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Implement improvements and best practices to enhance program quality and impact.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on program performance, outcomes, and impact. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and achievements.
Resource Management: Manage educational resources, including training materials, technology, and facilities. Ensure that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Learning Ecosystem Management: Administer and maintain company Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access to training resources and optimizing the platform for engagement and effectiveness.
Communication & Scheduling: Develop and communicate a comprehensive training schedule, ensuring transparency and maximizing participation across company retail network.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field highly regarded
· A minimum of 2 years experience within a learning/education function, preferably in the retail beauty industry
· Knowledge of contemporary adult learning and development concepts, instructional design principles a must.
· Experience in digital and social learning preferred.
· Strong beauty experience with an understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques essential.
· Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
· Team player who can collaborate and contribute to the team and who can work with minimal supervision.
· Detail-oriented, well-organised and solution-oriented.
· Client centric and with a commercial mind set.
· Demonstrated ability to drive business KPIs through people development.
· Strong organizational and project management skills to balance and prioritize.
· Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
· Sound Office 365 skills.
· Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
· Passion for beauty and a commitment to fostering learning and development.
