Job description :

• Monitor outstanding receivables to ensure compliance with assigned credit limits and company credit policies; proactively escalate high-risk accounts and initiate timely issuance of payment reminders for overdue invoices.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputed invoices that may hinder timely payment, collaborating with internal teams and customers to expedite resolution.

• Conduct financial assessments for new customers, including credit reference checks and background evaluations, while performing periodic credit reviews for existing accounts to maintain risk compliance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to manage collections, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and consistently meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

• Reconcile account balances, including intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy in records and swift resolution of outstanding amounts.

• Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on collections, clarify account status, and facilitate timely payment recovery.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in credit control processes and recommending enhancements through automation, system optimization, and process reengineering.

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management, supporting departmental goals and cross-functional collaboration.
