About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Account Assistant to join our team at MULTI IMAGE PTE. LTD.' in the Serangoon North-East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, such as invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
• Providing support to the finance and accounting teams as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is highly desirable
