• Position : System Engineer (VMware/Hyper-V/Active Directory) - 1 Year / Up to $4.8k

• Location : Ang Mo Kio

• Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : 1 Year Contract

• Industry : IT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure (servers, networks, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Perform routine system maintenance and updates

• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain detailed logs and documentation

• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments

• Ensure IT infrastructure security and compliance

• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes

• Track and maintain hardware and software assets

• Support audits and vendor management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, support, or maintenance

• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, network protocols, and IT infrastructure

• Experience with monitoring tools and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
