About the Role:

Our client is expanding its automation and GenAI capabilities to support growing digital transformation initiatives. As part of the CIO Office’s Analytics Team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative Automation, Analytics, and AI solutions that will enhance NTU’s business operations, improve decision-making, and elevate user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement Automation/Analytics/AI solutions across departments.

• Conduct data-driven analysis to drive operational improvements and actionable insights.

• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to support management decisions and improve student and staff experiences.

• Apply techniques like data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling to address business challenges.

• Support development and deployment of in-house analytics capabilities and AI tools.

• Collaborate with teams to productionize analytical models and track performance.

• Familiarity with setting up automated end-to-end data processing and dashboarding pipelines is a plus.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related fields.
  Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• 3–5 years of experience in implementing end-to-end Automation, Analytics, or AI solutions.

• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL, Excel, or other applications.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Python.

• Strong knowledge of analytical modelling, predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Office Scripts for business process automation.

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure AI platform for data processing and ML model deployment will be an advantage.
