Air Operation Officer (Import / Export)
5.5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)
Location: Changi Airfreight
Basic Salary: $2000 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for customer or agent review before shipment.

• Request Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) to prepare draft export permit.

• Communicate with customers and overseas agents via email.

• Update cargo details (pieces, weight, dimensions) in the system and print AWB once cargo arrives.

• Submit required documents like FWB, FHL, and export permits.

• Send pre-alerts, handle billing, and manage export-related communications

• Monitor pre-alerts, arrange cargo release or delivery.

• Inspect cargo at the warehouse, report issues, and follow team leader instructions

• Assist on customs declaration and billing.
