Job Details:

• Financially Stable & Steady Growing MNC company

• Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Up 4 Months + Variable Allowances

• $250 Shift Allowance + 9% Salary Increment after 4 months + $200 Technician Allowance

• 4 days work week (8 hours shift only, not 12 hours shift)

• Timings : 6:30am - 4:15pm (Morning), 4pm - 1:45am (Afternoon)

• 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Included

• Door to Door Transport Provided Islandwide

• Medical Outpatient with Approved Panel Clinics

• Working In Air-con Environment

• Dental Benefits $1200

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and align aircraft engine components in accordance with manufacturing specifications and quality standards

• Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and blueprints accurately to guide assembly processes

• Conduct routine inspections and functional tests to ensure assembly accuracy and system reliability

• Operate hand tools, pneumatic devices, and torque wrenches safely and efficiently

• Adhere to strict quality assurance protocols and aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA)

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues
