Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end customer sales order processing, from quotation to final delivery.

• Act as a liaison among sales, production, logistics, and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication and prompt fulfilment of orders.

• Prepare detailed quotations and job instructions, particularly for customized fabrication projects.

• Update and maintain customer information, pricing structures, and inventory records within ERP or internal management systems.

• Address customer queries, updates on delivery status, technical guidance, and after-sales support as needed.

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing reports, compiling presentation materials, and monitoring sales activities.

• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that sales and delivery standards meet ISO requirements (such as ISO 9001), with a focus on documentation, traceability, and quality protocols.

• Ensure that all documentation and procedures regarding sales orders, client complaints, and corrective measures are audit-ready and compliant.

• Take part in internal ISO audits and training sessions, contributing to the application of improvements identified during audits.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of sales coordination methods to boost workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting.

• Understanding of metal fabrication techniques and technical requirements is an added advantage.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel to clients’ site, suppliers, or manufacturing plants as needed.
