Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues related to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) and related electronic systems
Use diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD-II scanners) to retrieve and interpret fault codes
Perform ECU programming, reprogramming, and software updates as needed
Troubleshoot and repair electronic sensors, actuators, and wiring connected to the ECU
Conduct performance checks on ECU-controlled systems such as fuel injection, ignition timing, and emissions
Collaborate with the service team to identify and resolve complex engine and electrical issues
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and programming updates
Stay current with automotive electronic systems and ECU technology developments
Ensure all work complies with safety and manufacturer standards
Provide clear technical explanations and recommendations to customers or service advisors
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience are required.
