Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to telephone, live chat, and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with order collection, consolidation, cancellations, and fulfilment

• Maintain accurate and proper filing of documentation

• Pack and organize merchandise in a neat, presentable, and customer-friendly manner

• Check and tally inventory stock, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Comfortable with customer-facing roles and digital communication platforms

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

• Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility

Other Information:

• Training provided

• Timing: 10pm to 10am

• Able to commit minimally 3 times per week, including weekends and Public Holidays
